Currently under renovation at 602 Segoe Road, Legacy Senior Living’s newest senior living community will introduce premier retirement living to the Madison community, with a safe and nurturing atmosphere for residents to call home. Once renovations are complete, the 75,000-square-foot Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale will offer premium assisted living and memory care services.

Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale will encompass 10 stories featuring 92 well-appointed units, of which 64 will be designated for assisted living and 28 for memory care. Living options will include a mix of penthouse suites, two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio apartments.
Seniors who call Renaissance Senior Living home will enjoy luxurious amenities like underground parking as well as the Penthouse Crown Room, which overlooks picturesque views of the State Capitol and Lake Mendota. Other amenities include a full-service bistro, state-of-the-art media room and a billiard room.
